Once you've paid for your lamb, we then take care of it for you until it is time for it to be harvested and processed into delicious cuts of meat for your table. Meat processed under the custom slaughter regulations is intended for your family and guests only and can not be sold to retail establishments or restaurants. Since you are buying a live animal, we need to complete our sale with you before your animal is harvested. You tell us about how much meat you'd like to receive and we will sell you an animal that we think will dress out close to that weight. This year we anticipate having animals that will dress out between 30 and 50 lbs.
Since we harvest at the end of October through the first week of November we need to receive payment in full before October 15th
We won't know exactly how much meat you'll receive until after your lamb is processed. To make it easier on everyone we charge the following amounts.
30lbs and under: $224.70
31 to 40lbs: $299.60
41 to 50lbs: $374.50
