I think FB can hire 3rd party companies to improve the CTRs, or monthly actively users; but in the end the advertisements won't generate profit for the client, and then everyone loses. I registered many fake accounts to receive coupons..... maybe I am just an outlier in their data distribution.

Social media does not generate some real values -- like google.
