海鲜汤

材料 ： 虾，蟹丸，青口，蘑菇，葱段。

汤底 ： 小鱼干头，鲭鱼肉干，柴鱼屑，味噌酱，料酒 ，姜片 ： 干锅烧热，放进小鱼头干/柴鱼烘至香气溢出，注入清水烧开，放进姜片/柴鱼屑/料酒/味噌酱熬煮30分钟，沥去杂物即成汤底。

做法 ： 汤底烧开，放进材料烧煮5分钟即可。
