田园时光：好吃的羽衣甘蓝早餐饼

       羽衣甘蓝的营养价值这里就不多说了，西人超市常见的蔬菜，在多伦多华人超市也经常见到。用土豆和面包屑来做煎饼，不但口感松软，而且十分香酥。朋友试过都说很好吃。
