对厨房用具我是这样的想法，

尽自己的能力，买最好的东西。

东西可以慢慢积累，一次只要买一件能力之内最好的。长远来说，这是最经济的。

刚到美国来的时候，有一次去一个美国人家做客，我看到他用的冰淇凌勺子，表示很赞赏。他看我有兴趣，就跟我说了以上的理念。N年实践下来，我觉得很受用。

没有用过这个锅子，没法给出建议。但是同类的锅子，这是最好的吗。。。：）
