if rents are 700, 750, 800, then it is easy to identify alreday. if you have 3 people have the same rents, say 700, then you try to sign the lease for: 699 for tenant A, 701 for tenant B and 698 for tenant C. i was talking about if you have 100 tenants and have the same units and pay same rent.
