地主的周末

1. unit 1, 2 pest control and cleaning
2. unit 3 put Draino in stuffed bath tub.
3. unit 4 talk to tenant who had dispute with neighbors
4. unit 5 leave pay or quit notice
5. unit 6 fix leaking faucet. Remind tenant to renew welfare payment.
6. unit 1: got a call for showing. Met tenant, got deposit. Tenant move in next week.
7. Several calls looking for rent. Will do paperwork Monday.

All done in 2 1/2 hours. Pick up kids fro classes. Go home.
OK, phone off now. Windy and snowy outside. Stay home, stay warm...
