地基有裂缝，蜜蜂从bathtub进到房间？

Bought a rental house last year, saw bees then ask for a pest-control company treatment. They use foggy (?) to expel the bees and sealed the space between foundation and the wall.

Now my tenant told me they see bees in the house again and suspect there is crack in the foundation.
Any suggestion？thanks!
