is vinyl plank easy to tear off in the future

I am considering using vinyl plank for the rental home, but I am wondering if it will be difficult to replace it with laminate/wood floor in the future because it sticks to the ground? Thanks! Also, how to deal with the stairs when you use vinyl plank?
