请PM还是卖掉

LD说年纪大了,关节不好,以后想搬到南方去。在费城FRANFORD区有一个三卧的TOWNHOUSE投资房。房客不错，所以只要了月租七百多，不包水电，比周围便宜一百多。住了快三年。旁边就是CHARTER SCHOOL，上学方便，还会住下去。问题是我们搬远了，万一有事，鞭长莫及。犹豫是请PM管理还是卖了。若是请PM，大概花费多少?
