LD说年纪大了,关节不好,以后想搬到南方去。在费城FRANFORD区有一个三卧的TOWNHOUSE投资房。房客不错,所以只要了月租七百多,不包水电,比周围便宜一百多。住了快三年。旁边就是CHARTER SCHOOL,上学方便,还会住下去。问题是我们搬远了,万一有事,鞭长莫及。犹豫是请PM管理还是卖了。若是请PM,大概花费多少?
