请教： 哪里能查到 一个PROPERTY 的 LIEN？因为

有一个CLOSING, TITLE COMPANY 加了一个WAIVER OF INSPECTION 让我（BUYER)单签，其它部分都是买卖双方签。其中有：

....covering ....following printed exceptions:
1...
2...
3. Standby fees and taxes for the year 2013, and subsequent years, and subsequent assessments for prio years due to change in land usage or ownership, and ...
4. Lien or liens created or assumed in conjunction with this transaction, if any.
5...

这个PROPERTY 较复杂，拍卖转卖多次，而现在就有2011， 2012， 和2013年的PROPERTY TAX 没付。显然，在过去的3年里，那些title company 都没查出（？）。反正这个欠税是我找到COUNTY TAX OFFICE 查出的，forward 给了title company （AGENT 叫我别管）。而现在的OWNER 买这个房时 就是叫这家TITLE COMPANY 作的. SELLER 为这次买卖选了这家TITLE COMPANY。

我现在担心还有没有LIEN 在 这个PROPERTY 上。所以想自己查。我估计在COUNTY CLERK OFFICE, 但没找到。

各位，LIEN 到哪里查？谢谢了。
