合伙买卖房子是成立General Partnership好，还是LLC好？

刚知道General Partnership这种形式，注册都不要，参与各方sign agreement。
感觉好像不太正式。

LLC比较麻烦，即便没有activity，每年还要交钱maintain。

我们的目的主要是为了免除买卖交易后交税的麻烦。

这里的朋友有好的建议吗？
