AC condenser fan not spinning: $140 for changing the capacitor

100mile远投资房，冷气风扇不转，叫以前用过一个中国师傅去看，先说condenser上有个洞，问我要不要修。我说如果不漏冷媒就修。叫他检查电容。
过一会说，电容便宜的八十几，贵的一百多。labor 60 (本来要70，讲了讲价）。

如果近的话，自己买电容可能只要50-60。不过没办法。我一个朋友一样的问题，被宰了450。。。
