投资买房，还是买指数基金好？试图举例说明一下。

投资买房，还是买指数基金好？

今年我投资10万美金买指数基金，按年回报12%计算，10年后连本带利是$310,584。净利是$210,584。按40%的税率，净挣$126,350。

今年我买个小房，化了10万美军，按年回报5%计算，房租利益也用于再投资，回投率也是5%，10年后的房租利润是$66,033。房子增值按3%计算，10年后房子增值$30,477。净利是$96,510。按30%的税率(租金收入方面，可以逃点税)。净挣$67,557。

因此，如果懂一点指数基金的人，还是投资指数基金收益大一些，也相对省事一点。风险来说，投资房产可能更安全一些。

罗卜青菜，各人各爱。今晚有点闲，作了点三年级的算术，也算给自己一个说法。要是以后发财了，应该投资什么为好。也许那一天鸡蛋多了，应在不同的袋子里各放一点。
