I can make 100k from this house without this scenario.
It is the first time for me to know that second lien holder can ask more money.
So I want to negotiate. because the second lien holder will get 0 if I won't accept this offer. this house will go to auction, that is what I know.
I also take a risk if I won't accept this offer, because I could lose this deal.
