我家的sewage line 和我的drive way 平行，邻居说我的sewage line 在他家地盘上，请问我该不该做pr

树根长入我的sewage line,需要挪树才能修，我认为我的sewage line在我家的地盘上，我的依据是我家的四周都有长得类似的灌木分离栅栏，邻居家周围没有树。
邻居和我的房子都是银行放弃，他比我早买一年，但他拿到房子就做了property survey,并在我家的drive way 边缘上做了两个记号。

现在我和邻居协商挪树修栅栏，但他要求我出全部的费用，并给他经济补偿。

我非常怀疑他的survey的准确性，也想做一个survey,如果我的survey 结果显示sewage line 在我的地盘上，我就不必要给他经济补偿了，
如果我的sewage line 在他的地盘上，我该怎么办呢？
