房市变化 - A Changing Market‏

One thing you can always count on is change. Our real estate market appears to be ready for another change. The rapid increase in home prices has slowed slightly and as more homes come on the market prices should hold for awhile.

As you may be aware shortsales will be coming to an end this year so this will be another change for the market. It does appear also the banks will finally be putting many of their homes on the market.

What could all this mean for you?
