offered at lower 200k, currently rented out for 1350 and the market rent should be >1550-1750. In the same zip code, most 2bed 2 bath are selling at mid or high 200k and almost no inventory under 300k. We removed all the contingencies and agreed to sold as it is. not a good school district but convenient to everywhere. The tenants live for several years and willing to continue to lease. Right now they are on month to month lease. not sure if we should keep them or find new tenants.
