How about 4.25% fixed for 30y, less than 100k

For unknown reason, my previous ID xiaqiu doesn't work any more.

My question is that my loan application was denial by the first bank. This 2nd one said that he can do it, but the rate is 0.25% higher than the first one. How about it? Thanks!
