请问，1550 sqt 的single house, 1200 sqt 的地下室，125AMP的 break panel 够用吗

 

 

I just bought a 1550 sqt single house,it will be used as a rental house. 

 it has a 1200sqt basement, the original break panel is 125 amp, but it is damaged, I have to replace a new one. but I do not know if I need to upgrade to a 200amp break panel.

 

This house has a gas furnace and gas water tank, but it has a electrical range and oven.

 

the contractor gave me two quotes, $1500 for replacing a 125 AMP break panel, and $3000 for upgrade to a 200AMP break panel. the basement is unfished.

 

Please give me some advice.
