回复：网站上 bid 房子

我们在2012年从这个网站 bid 了一个condo.当时有一选项叫buy it now, if you bid over $79000, you can get it now. 这个condo 离截止时间还有36 小时, price bid到了$63000， 我们估计很多人都在等last minutes 入场, 到时候$79000都不一定能拿下来。我们马上下$79149， 网上马上显示这个condo 不available for bid anymore, 几分钟后我们收到email, 告诉我们我们得到了这个condo， 并指示我们下一步如何进行。
 但从此以后我就再也没见buy it now 的Option.
By the way, this year,  in this comminity, the same type, same size  condo sold over $130,000.
