通常送的钱表明是礼物就不用交税了。下面的是税务局的官方材料：

但是我的朋友说是5万加元以下，5万以上要交。不过我帮你在网上查了一下，官方网站上没有这一说。保险起见，你可以把你的名字加到房产证上，共同拥有就好了。这里不限制外国人买房子的。

买车就更是不要交个人所得税了。
