为什么基本要close了，buyer agent突然让我们签一个关于disclosure的附加文件？

closing文件签字了，check也交给escrow公司了，好久没联系的buyer agent突然发信要我们签一个文件，
文件的名字是"buyer's acknowledgement of right to receive completed seller 
disclosure notice(nwmls form 17, 17c, or commercial 17)"。

文件里主要提到作为buyer要注意Form17, 17c, or commercial 17里面的内容，特别是没有被seller给答案的内容。然后特别用黑体加粗了以下文字:

"This form(17) should be completed in its entirety without any blank spaces".

"Buyer has been advised of buyer's right to receive a completed seller 
disclosure statement. Buyer agrees to release ***** company（我的buyer agent
的公司名字） from any liability regarding an incomplete or inaccurate form 
17.”

“Buyer understands and has read the buyer's acknowledgement and agrees to 
move forward with the purchase of the property.”

我们之前只收到form 17，没有见过什么17c, or commercial 17。我们早在递送offe的时候就review了form 17，并在form 17上签字证明我们看过了。当时form 17上有些地方seller没有给出选项，我们也没怎么在意，也没有人提醒我们可以要求seller把form 17填写完整。

现在快close了突然我们agent发一个这个东西让我们签字，这种情
况正常么？是不是意味着我们agent发现disclose 有什么要紧的问题了才发这个给我们签字？
