对一个property 有兴趣，想试一下：

Question 1: 除去title公司外，还有其它渠道能查到lien吗？

question 2: Only licensed broker必须才能代表吗？如果个人去bid, comission 给谁？

The Notice said something like this: A commssion will be paid upon the settlement by the auxtioneer to any licensed broker in this state.

哪位有经验，能给解释一下，或者分享您的经验？
