Title Company Escrow and Rent Back

如果Seller需要RentBack，TitleCompany可以通过Escrow来执行吗？比如说Seller把租金和Deposit存入EscrowAccount。 但我的问题是一般EscrowAccount在卖房后就Close了。那TitleCompany还管租金和Deposit的执行吗？ 可能会面临这种情况。先问一下。谢谢。
