You don't understand

 

市场和交换出现了几千年了, but the free market economy (a.k.a capitalism) has been around for only a few hundred years. The tremendous improvement of living standard is indeed the result of free market economy.  The large scale 公共卫生, 疫苗，干净的给排水 are the result of free market economy as well.

Without the wealth generated by the free market economy, where does 公共卫生，疫苗，干净的给排水 come from?
