FMCC 第一季度报表：NET INCOME $4。6B，政府拿走5。8B

季度利率： 5.8/72.3 = 8%, 年利率 32%，政府也太贪心了吧。如果私有化，
按年 NET INCOME 30B算，FMCC大概值300B，现在的MARKET CAP在8B，
那么私有化后的股价应该在$100左右。难怪两房股价会乱窜。
