I did not check the vent and filter yet yet.  They have been there for 10months. I increased the rent by $30.00 (less than 3% for inflation). They first did not want to renew, then later said can renew if i clean the vent, they did claim their dog 's asthma gets worse, although their dog is not disclosed when signing the lease.
