这个tenant能租吗？

一对年轻人，20多岁，男的income多于3x房租，有正规工作11am－10pm。刚从别的洲搬来。他们自己没有什么问题。问题是我查出了女的爸爸有因为drug possession被逮捕的记录（搜查过家里，发现有用meth的工具），她爸爸住在离这里5个小时的地方。我不知道这是不是一个concern。最怕的就是这对年轻人也会把drug带到房子里，worst case，别在这玩meth。这对couple已经10年没和爸爸住一起了，以前不在一个洲。
