when looking at the SPY chart, you may say that it is still getting support at the MA(50). However, when looking at the qqq Ma(50), the price now is under the MA(50) line. Usually, Stock indexes will not move by itself, which means, either SPY or QQQ needs to change to match the other. Therefore, it is not the buy time for SPY.
