换机油以后，car dealer建议有几个地方要修，这里请教一下是不是必须修

上个星期，我去toyota car dealer 给2011年的corolla LE换机油，dealer说建议我下次换机油的时候，维修以下三个地方。


1. adjust rear brakers $75
2.alignmnt $105
3.Cabin filter $70

我的车子是去年夏天买的，我想还不至于一年就要做这些吧？
