said that she took a loan for this property. In the meantime, she said she sold this property through owner financing. Is it really possible to do this in parallel? I mean after she sold her property, the ownership should have been changed. How could she still take a loan for it?

If this is doable, it's really a good strategy. It saves time and effort on management.
