碰到难题了

好难好难买到一个good deal的房子, 但是，现在的情况是，title company要乘机多收一千美元。title company 是老公开的，listing agent 是他老婆。

escrow fee原来已经说好的，现在反目不认帐，并且，我去他们公司拿了一份fee schedule，传真给他，很明显，他故意多收了一千美元。但是，还是不认账，说你必须交这一千美元，也可以不买。他们的理由是，后面还有人排队等着买这个房子。

short sale 的银行是 bank of america, 我可以告诉银行，说他们违规吗?

或者有什么其他办法吗?
