there is a major shift on WS.

WS money are chasing old techs such as INTC,CSCO,ORCL,etc. but elimiating high price techs such as BIDU/AMZN/AAPL/CRM, etc. These are valuation and de-risk calls (and where could they raise cash to de-risk?)
