1) The rental has to pass the city's inspection and including the unsigned lease and rent FIRST;
2) the s8 and landlord both have to sign the lease, including the s8 pay security deposit; and finally
3) the s8 moved into the rental, and the city to confirm with the s8 that the tenants had moved into the rental already and then the city will cut the check for the landlord.
In your situation, after s8 moved into your rental, how come the s8 still could void the signed lease? the s8 moved into the rental without sign the lease with you first???
