usually, at this point, the S8 will get paper work done and fill them, and pay me the first check within the month. But, she filed complain befor S8 send me the first check, so, we have only lease between her and me. so, I can use this lease term to evic her.

Usually, when S8 agreed the rent amount and pass the inspection,I will sign lease with the tenant, the S8 will pay me a couple of wks later, there were never problem.
