紧急求助！现在的租客才给了20天notice, 要在9月30日搬出。我们已经找好了新租客，所

以就没有罚她款。可是今天她又打电话来说不想搬了。这位是个section-8的,HUD都收到她搬家的通知，给我们发了通知停止了10月rent payment。

我们已经和新租客签了合同，拿了定金。如果这位不搬，我们该怎么办？能叫警察把她赶出去吗？谢谢！
