Junk Bond and REIT are very dangerous

People who hide in these places need a 2nd thought.

Junk bond yield is still too low near 7-8%. Should get to 20-30% at least.

REIT yield is also quite low after big run up.

Those two elements are very dangerous especially financing become problem down the road.

Too much capital hide in these places.
