再请问出租房屋查信用记录的问题

诚蒙指教，去citicredit.net， 但需要很多资料，Proof of Ownership for all properties. We need two forms of proof for each property. Acceptable documents are: mortgage, mortgage
statement, tax statement, title statement, signed lease, tenancy
agreement, rental application or eviction judgment.

但房子还没租出去，怎么能有signed lease呢?

大家能再指教一下这种情况该怎么办？还有别的简单一些的网站？
