贵有贵的理由，便宜有便宜的道理。最终是个平衡的问题。

如果一个地方的人口在增长，那说明整体来说是好过的地方。人都是聪明的。因为每个地方都有得也有失，大家还选择去那个地方，那说明得多失少。

如果两个地方人口都在增长，那就看那个地方的人口增长的快了。

用个案比较完全没有意义。因为不同阶层的人在同一个地方的感觉是不一样的。

古石认为按人口的增减来判断一个地方总体来讲是否更好比较合理。
