看到一个事实：

发现 duplex or 4-plex 卖得比 SFH 快。

我想：SFH dealing with one family is much more easy than duplex (4 plex) dealing with many families. Why does people want duplex?

难道是 duplex 不比 SFH 费力吗？

请有duplex or 4-plex 谈谈看法。谢谢了。
