今天看了一个银行的没收房，

大概800平方一层，两层两个单元。房子大概是6年新，但是因为屋顶漏水，天花板长了很多霉菌，地面上铺的木地板由于被水淹冻结后都翘了起来。问了一下邻居，他说最好推倒重建。

请教各位老大，这些霉菌的问题有这么严重，需要推到整个房子重建来解决问题吗？有没有其他更便宜的方法？大概要化多少钱？
