美国的社会结构对投资房地产不利, 就是因为税收的可预见性不高.

地方政府有些比较腐败, 瘦身不容易. 摊销下来, 每个房子都不少.

我支持NJ的州长, 限制房产税上涨. 新州人多地小, 税还这么高, 没什么道理.
