The problem is

Other Asian countries will take it over. So don't expect manifacture jobs come back to US.

Many of those jobs won't come back at all.

But good thing for America is that they can still be farmers if they choose to. There are many farming jobs here nobody wants to do so farmers have to hire illegal immigrants. That might change. haha...
