我的贷款利率被锁定在４.８５％ ３０年，

Does anybody have ideas that I can lower my rate? The house is not closed yet.Today's rate is 4.5% for primary home puchase. I asked her several times but she won't. Sorry I couldn't paste Chinese. Thanks a lot for your input
