想和 Section 8签lease, 大家帮我参谋一下：他的情况是：40岁，伊拉克退伍残疾士兵，津贴2000刀一个月

他的情况是：40岁，伊拉克退伍残疾士兵，据说是背部曾受过伤。有VA津贴2000刀一个月 

五个孩子，5岁至16岁

每月领food stamp 880刀。有大巴驾照，刚从加州搬到华州。有能力工作。

租金谈好的价1600刀。housing department of conty 付1090刀，他本人付510刀。 在我和county housing department 确认了这一信息。  我顺风涨了100刀租金，因为County housing department 的文件允许他租1900刀到2300刀的房子。county housing department 付70%的 租金。 他告诉我Housing department ,VA office and food stamp office分别 付first month,last month rent and deposit money. 

不利条件：

他从没有用过credit card, 一切用cash.

在加州租住mobil home,因为oil furnace 老化整个mobil home burned down.

我有两个wood burning fire places, upstairs one and downstairs one,

我还有oil furnace,一切设备都很新或者接近很新。18岁时因为驾驶摩托车得到300刀罚单， 坐牢一天。

大家帮我参谋一下，我的房子能租给他吗？
