人们通常犯的错误并不是投资什么, 而是过度投资, 滥用杠杆. 经常是想法正确, 却因为承受不了大幅波动的风险而被迫出局.

我的观点是本来就没有股票比房产好, 或房产比股票好这回事. 我更趋向于投资是平衡的艺术.
