The problem of MUNI is real

Bernake already confirmed that FED will not bail out states. In other words, he indicates that FED cannot affored to do that anyway.

So it is up to Federal government to make such rescue. However, some states have big political debate against federal government.

At this point, you just don't know which one will default, which one will not.
