Outsourcing will continue in next 10 yrs. This is the trend until US government changes.
But I don't see that will happen in near term or long term. As long as O8 is in white house, Bernake is in FED, don't expect to have a real improve of economy and shift or outsourcing.
US states will have to reform their debts and scare business out of them all over the place.
