it is pretty easy

under Accounts/Gain/loss tab, you can select tax year 2010, it will list entire realized gain/loss for that year include every closed position. then it will tell you the percentage.

you can do the same for unrealized gain/loss also.

combine both, you should have pretty clear view.

At tax time, it will be even more clear after you finish filling schedule-D.
